Here you will find a significant collection of paneled doors (“stile & rail” doors). Many different species are available in both the solid hardwood and the hardwood veneer doors: we offer the standard 6 panel door in red oak and yellow poplar, solid wood or veneered. Other species and configurations are offered on a special-order basis. Panel detail choices include “raised” panels (stocked) or “flat” panels (also known as the “Shaker” style panel).
Don’t forget: we can offer these doors as part of a “prehung” package, ready to install in your opening. For more information on our prehanging service, click the “Prehung Units” button found on the left side of this page.
Click here for offerings available in solid hardwood stile and rail doors. All of the solid hardwood paneled doors are manufactured (using mortise and tenon construction techniques) by our own craftsmen in our manufacturing facility. We use only top-grade hardwoods harvested from the Appalachian Mountains, an area well-known for quality hardwood lumber. All hardwood lumber used in the construction of our doors is hand-selected for appearance, then carefully machined and assembled into a furniture-quality door.
Click here for offerings available in solid core red oak, poplar or white pine veneered doors. Veneered doors are constructed using solid-core technology, then a thin slice of hardwood veneer is applied over the faces of the door. This technique results in the appearance of a hardwood door, with a significant difference in cost to the end-user.
Click here for offerings available in Masonite brand hardboard doors. Hardboard doors are constructed using techniques similar to the Veneered doors. However, the resulting product is only suitable for applications where a painted door is the intended result. Hardboard doors are available in both solid-core and hollow-core construction, raised panels only.
